Princess Ozma: Oscar, Glinda, you gotta come here and see it?
Glinda the Good Witch of the South: What is it, dearie?
The Wizard of Oz: It seems we are receaving a message...
*the computer on the throne room comes in, and the image of a middle-aged woman in a military-esque uniform (very reminiscent of the uniforms of the Imperial Officers from "Star Wars") appears before Ozma, Glinda and the Wizard of Oz*
Captain Mansfield: Attention all residents of Oz. This is a message from the Eternal Empress, High Commander and Immortal Goddess. All reviewing activies in this universe are now forbidden by decree of the Eternal Empress. You are not allowed to review any movie, television show, comic book, anime or manga, under any circumstances. In addition, the Oz resident known as "Elphaba the Good Witch of the West" has been declared an outlaw as decreed by the Eternal Empress. She is not allowed to return to Oz, under any circumstances. Should any of you, or any other Oz resident, give shelter or aid to these outlaws, then whoever helps her will be branded as outlaws as well and targeted for capture due to treason against the Eternal Empress.
Princess Ozma: How dare you impose such tyrannical laws on us! Do you have any idea who you are talking to! I am Ozma, Princess of Oz, and this gentlleman next to me is the Wizard of Oz! We are the rulers of this land, and you "Empress", whoever she may be, has no authority here!
The Wizard of Oz: Elphaba is the Good Witch of the West, and all four Good Witches have full authority to come and go in and out of Oz as they please!
Captain Mainsfield: The authority of the Eternal Empress supercedes the authority of all three of you. Our laws override any of your laws. This is your final warning.

Glinda the Good Witch of the West: Oscar, what are going to do?
The Wizard of Oz: We must gather all three remaining Good Witches if we are to defeat this looming menace! Call Tattypoo and Nimue, and tell them to come here immediately!
Princess Ozma: I'll go with Oz Vesallius and we'll both stay in a secluded house in Munchkinland.
Glinda the Good Witch of the South: Good! I'll send several Winkies with you to protect you and the Munchkins from any harm!
The Wizard of Oz: I'll have the rest of the Winkies here armed and ready! When these people come, they will know that the army of Oz is prepared for them!
